The PURE Group was founded by Steven D. Tetens, AIA, NCARB, PMP.  Steve’s experiences over the last 15+ years is a unique blend of business consulting, real estate, and architecture.

The name “PURE” was derived from projects dating back prior to the Renaissance.  A single “master builder” was commissioned with taking a project from idea to reality; from land acquisition to design and construction to completed for use.

Similarly, one of The PURE Group’s greatest strengths is seamlessly integrating the entire project team – from broker, legal, design disciplines and contractors, to municipalities – from inception to occupancy, whether it is a tenant improvement or new construction.
